Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ravik. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for orders within the United Kingdom.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days.
*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or postal service interruptions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ravik Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Delivery Guarantee (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
In accordance with UK law, if your order does not arrive within 30 days of the purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us if your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.
