1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods without giving any reason.

2. Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
• The goods are in the original packaging.
• The goods are not used or damaged.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right to cancel or return an item, please contact us with your order number.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
